Our representatives are typically firms that specialize in both lightning protection system design and installation. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM
If you find a shipping error, please report it promptly for settlement. We take pride in our packaging methods. If a delivery ever arrives short or is damaged, it is important for you to make sure that the transporter notes the problem or damage directly on their delivery receipt. Claims for shortage or damage occurring during transit must be filed directly with the transporter, as they are not the responsibility of ECLE.
